Aruba Golden Properties recognizes the importance of privacy in these relationships and seeks to properly manage all the personal information the Company collects, uses and discloses. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) details Aruba Golden Properties’ information management practices regarding personal information collected, used and disclosed in the course of its business.

Prospective residents may be asked for more information such as the service you request, the apartment size you would like, where you want to live, your building preference, your proposed rent budget, the number of individuals in your household and their ages, and whether or not you have pets.
If you become a resident of a community we manage, you may be asked to provide your credit card information in order to make payments of rent and for other services. We provide these credit card services through contractual arrangements with third-parties, and the Personal Information needed by these third parties to provide you with these services will be submitted by you directly while you are on their website. The use of your Personal Information by third parties service providers is governed by their privacy policies and terms of use.

For those interested in applying for employment with us, the following additional Personal Information may be requested: credit checks, background checks, reference checks, and employment verification. Where required, we will obtain your consent before undertaking these checks. If you accept a position, you may be asked to self-identify ethnicity or race (for the sole purpose of meeting government reporting requirements).

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are connected to the Internet.
